Barry and Donna are available to travel to a chosen venue to instruct on a one-day workshop. Each workshop involves theory on the origin, development and practice of Swiss Ball training, together with step-by-step tuition for its correct execution for training and individual instruction.

Each workshop can accommodate up to 20 people, and each participant will receive a free manual, which normally retails at £15.95 and a certificate of attendance.

Barry and Donna also have an option to bring a trade stand so that Swiss Balls and other core stability equipment can be purchased on site.
